Q:  Why can I only play with 2 fingers?

iOS: Please go to Settings > Gestures to turn them OFF, this will enable up to 11 fingers at the same time
Android: Your device does nos support multiple fingers. Please update your device.

Q: Why is there is no Sound ?

  1. Make sure the mute switch is not on
  2. Make sure the volume is up
  3. Make sure no headphones or speakers are connected
  4. Quit the App and restart (To quit you must double-press the menu button and swipe the App “up” to close it)
  5. If all else fails restart your Device

Q: When are more songs going to be added?

Like our Facebook page to get notified when new songs are added.

Q: Can I request a specific song to be added?

Yes! Use our request form, or if you have the iOS version you can Request a Song from the Song Chooser (at the end). We will do our best to add it as soon as possible!
